Saint John Neumann Catholic Community lives and proclaims the Gospel message of Jesus in word and action. We invite and welcome all people lovingly into our faith community inspiring a spirit of love, joy and wisdom. We are servants on a journey of faith, spreading gifts of healing and forgiveness that flow from God. We encourage all to become Disciples of Christ, embracing the presence of the Holy Spirit. We share our gifts, talents and blessings in serving God and one another. |
Timeline1976 - First Weekly Mass at Thornton's Ferry School, Merrimack, NH 1981 - Marywood Center becomes a Mission Parish 1981 - Fr. Ed Richard is assigned as Administrator, Dick Cloutier is assigned as Deacon 1982 - Fr. Ed Richard is named first pastor, groundbreaking for Parish Center 1983 - First Mass in Parish Center 1988 - Fr. Richard Lower named second pastor 1989 - Fr. Pierre Baker named third pastor 1990 - Fr. Robert Gorski named fourth pastor 1996 - Groundbreaking for new Church 1999 - St. John Neumann & Quiet Moment statues dedicated 2002 - Fr. Steve Kucharski named fifth pastor 2003 - Deacon Dick named Administrator 2003 - Fr. Agapit H. Jean, Jr. named sixth pastor 2006 - David Hamel becomes our 2nd Deacon 2006 - Saint John Neumann celebrates 25 years as a Parish 2011 - 15th Annual Fast for Social Action is held raising $20,000 for local charities 2012 - Fr.
